- Effectively handling the Team for maximization of business and maintaining the required costing.
- Check & Maintain quality of sourcing business of the team to avoid the cancellation post sales.
- Conducting events in various location and corporate offices for generating business leads.
- Playing an important role between customer and the developer during negotiation.
- Managing effectively the leads provided by the company and periodically takes the updates from the team.
- Conducting sales and product training for the team members and weekly review their performance.
- Negotiating and Closing of deals.
- Build lasting customer relationships on the basis of exceptional customer service
- Motivational management style with a proven record of building and retaining high performance teams
- Ability to turn around sluggish operations
