Sales Manager

Opening for the post of Sales Manager into one of the Real Estate Company.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Effectively handling the Team for maximization of business and maintaining the required costing.
  • Check & Maintain quality of sourcing business of the team to avoid the cancellation post sales.
  • Conducting events in various location and corporate offices for generating business leads.
  • Playing an important role between customer and the developer during negotiation.
  • Managing effectively the leads provided by the company and periodically takes the updates from the team.
  • Conducting sales and product training for the team members and weekly review their performance.
  • Negotiating and Closing of deals.
  • Build lasting customer relationships on the basis of exceptional customer service
  • Motivational management style with a proven record of building and retaining high performance teams
  • Ability to turn around sluggish operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, relationship building & communication skills
